The Royal is a bar concept that joins San Diego’s bustling craft beer and craft cocktail scene and serves a variety of simple comfort food. Quality pub food and drinks; San Diego and craft beer; dining with friends and family; this starts with a simple and proven restaurant concept. The buildout is a open warehouse food court with a single bar and multiple stations for each cuisine. Food is served in handheld form, so guests can pick and choose different options from different stations - tacos and french fries or burgers and a slice of pizza. With food in drink in hand, guests aren't confined to a specific area; in fact, they don't even have to sit. Stand, talk with friends with a drink in one hand and eats in another.
